Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Client Approvals (the "App"), provided by Signoff Labs ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
1. The service
The App lets monday.com users request approvals from teammates and from external Clients through secure links. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the App, we'll give reasonable notice.
2. Plans and billing
The App offers a free tier with a monthly request limit and paid plans. All billing is handled by monday.com through the monday.com Marketplace, under monday.com's billing terms. Upgrades, downgrades, cancellations and refunds follow those terms.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the right to share files and personal data (such as Client names and emails) with the people you invite.
- Share approval links only with the intended Client. Anyone with a link can act on that request.
- Don't use the App for unlawful purposes, or try to probe, overload or reverse-engineer it.
4. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Communication
We do not send marketing emails. We may contact the account's admin or the installing user by email, only about important service, security or billing matters (for example a planned change or a security notice). We never contact Clients.
6. Support
Support is available at support@signofflabs.eu.org. We aim to reply within one business day.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. An approval recorded in the App reflects what an approver clicked. It is not a legally binding electronic signature.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for misuse or violations of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept them.
